This single story apartment offers peace, charm, and ample outdoor space, providing a serene escape from the crowds and noise typically associated with larger complexes. Despite its tranquil setting, it is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Vera, where you can find a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and banks.
The half-tiled, single-story, self-catering lodging is approximately 45 square meters and features a large double bedroom. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave with grill, toaster, kettle, picnic cool box, and access to a washing machine.
In the sitting area, you’ll find leather reclining chairs perfect for enjoying International or Spanish TV, as well as wireless internet. The bathroom, complete with an overhead power shower, was completely refitted in December 2016.
