The Pulpí Geode is located inside the Mina Rica (Rich Mine) on the outskirts of Pulpí, in the province of Almería, just 40 minutes from Vera or Mojácar.

What to Expect on the Tour
Your 90-minute guided tour begins with a walk through the Mina Rica, a restored 19th-century silver mine. Along the way, you’ll learn about the region’s mining history before entering the breathtaking geode chamber itself — lined with sparkling gypsum crystals over two metres long.
Photography inside the geode is not allowed, but the memory will last a lifetime!

Getting There
From Vera or Mojácar, take the A-1200 or N-332 toward Pulpí. The visitor centre has parking and basic facilities. Combine your trip with a visit to San Juan de los Terreros or the nearby beaches.
